Standard Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and hosts. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation with Rescheduling

At least 7 days before check-in:

The deposit paid can be used for a future reservation, subject to availability. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and guests with existing reservations have priority.

Late Cancellation

3-7 days before check-in:

The deposit can be used for a future reservation within 12 months, subject to availability.

No Rescheduling

Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show:

The deposit paid cannot be transferred or refunded.

Special Periods

During peak periods (holidays, local events, summer season), a stricter cancellation policy may apply:

Modifying Your Reservation

Reservation modifications (changing dates, property, or number of guests) are possible subject to availability:

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, documented medical emergencies), we will analyze each situation individually and seek fair solutions.
